Thomas Rowsell (Tom) also 'known as ‘Survive the Jive’.

Rowsell is a prominent figure in far-extreme right arenas for his crafted versions of ‘Indo-European’ history and paganism. He disseminates his content, that typically includes veneered racist tropes and XRW ideological talking points, through videos, podcasrs and social media. Formerly a freelance journalist he has been part of the XRW landscape since early 2010s. Rowsell officated the ‘Hearth of Devon’ group until 2023.

Themes include his ideological takes on:

In 2019 he spoke at a GI conference but requested his attendence be kept secret and not recorded - however GI did record it and sent it to their supporters. He has spoken on numerous alt-platforms (including NZ) , for hosts such as Marcus Follin, Benjamin Dade, Edward Dutton, Arktos Media and Red Ice. Rowsell also attended a gathering in 2023 at a private club linked to the ‘Human Diversity Foundation’ ( a ‘race science’ entity) and was filmed making comments about ‘blacks’. It is reported he has links to National Action “terror group” and attended a training camp with them in 2014.

In 2024, he made social media posts revealing his visa waiver approval for the USA had been revoked, and his resubmission was “immediately” denied. Rowsell was expecting to attend a ‘Odinist’ event - Irminfolk Odinist. Irminfolk Odinist specifically denotes a version of odinism/heathery that is interwined with white supremacist beliefs and aims to promote a racialized worldview. Irminfolk is a small neo-volkish/norse white supremacist group based in New York.

Also during 2024, members of Reddit R/NorsePaganism noted that Rowsell has a winged Othal tattooed on his sternum which was a Nazi symbol - not a pagan version and they discuss how “Nazis” have corrupted Nordiac symbols and paganism.
